Who we are

This site is run by CarterCommerce LLC, doing business as EcomLabs, based in Dallas, Texas ("EcomLabs", "we", "us"). Questions about this policy: cartiernoahbusiness@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you visit our page

  • Hosting. Our page is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like most hosts, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to send it a short report if the page fails to load.
  • No ad pixels. We don't use third-party analytics tools or advertising pixels on this page (no Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager).
  • Link-tracking tags. If you came from one of our links, it may carry tracking tags: UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, content and term) and our own link ID ("lid"). They tell us which of our videos or links brought you here. They don't contain your name or contact details. Our page keeps them in your browser tab's session storage, which clears when you close the tab, and passes them to the booking form.
  • Cookies. Our page doesn't set cookies.

When you book a call

Booking runs through Cal.com, which is built into our page. The booking form asks for your name and email, what you're stuck on right now and, if you choose, where your store is today. It also picks up the link-tracking tags above, so we know which video or link you booked from. Your answers and these tags are sent to and stored by Cal.com when you book. Cal.com may use cookies or similar storage to make the calendar work, under Cal.com's privacy policy. The calendar may also load Cal.com's own service providers, such as an error-monitoring tool, which can receive technical details like your IP address and browser type.

We won't text you.

The call

Calls take place on Google Meet.

How we use your information

  • To schedule, prepare for and run your call, and to see whether the EcomLabs program fits your store.
  • To email you about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders and changes.
  • To see which of our videos and links bring people to the page.
  • To keep basic records and meet our legal duties.

Services we use

  • Cloudflare: hosts our page.
  • Cal.com: runs the booking calendar and form, stores your booking and sends booking emails.
  • Google: Google Meet for the call.
  • The other tools we use to run our business, such as our scheduling and customer-management tools.

These services may process your information in the United States or in other countries. Each has its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for these purposes, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

  • See, correct or delete your information: email cartiernoahbusiness@gmail.com.
  • Stop hearing from us: email cartiernoahbusiness@gmail.com.
  • Cancel or reschedule your call: use the link in your booking email.
  • Some US states give residents extra privacy rights. If one applies to you, contact us and we'll help.

Children

This site and our calls are for adults. They're not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
